Services

Professional 3D printing, precise scanning, expert CAD and 3D modeling, plus specialized automotive part design—delivering high-quality prototypes and finished parts with fast turnaround, clear communication, and custom quotes.

FDM PRINTING

FDM stands for “Fused Deposition Modeling” which is the typical 3D printing that comes to mind. It is an additive manufacturing technique in which hot plastic is forced out of a nozzle to make a part layer by layer. FDM has a quick turnaround, typically cheaper parts, and access to various engineering grade materials such as fiber reinforced plastics. Whether you need help to realize your design at a low cost, or have a 3D file or link to a 3D print you want, or need help with your design, we can assist you with your needs.

SLA PRINTING

SLA stands for "Stereolithography," one of the original 3D printing technologies and still among the most precise. It is an additive manufacturing technique in which a UV laser selectively cures liquid resin layer by layer to form a part. SLA offers exceptional surface finish, fine feature detail, and tight tolerances, making it ideal for parts where appearance and accuracy matter most. Whether you need a smooth, presentation-ready prototype, a master pattern for casting or molding, or help refining your design for resin printing, we can assist you with your needs.

Sub-Micron 3d scanning

3D scanning is the process of capturing the physical geometry of an object and converting it into a digital 3D model. Sub-micron scanning uses high-precision optical or structured-light systems to capture extremely fine surface detail and tight dimensional accuracy, far beyond what typical scanners can achieve. This level of precision is essential for reverse engineering critical parts, inspecting manufactured components, or digitizing complex surfaces like body panels and trim. If you have a part that needs to be digitized, a surface that needs to be measured precisely, or a project that requires scan data as a starting point, we can assist you with your needs.

reverse engineering

Reverse engineering is the process of taking an existing physical part and recreating it as an accurate, editable digital model. This typically starts with 3D scan data, which is then rebuilt into clean surfaces or solid geometry that can be modified, analyzed, or manufactured. It's the go-to solution when no original design files exist, when a part needs to be improved upon, or when an obsolete component needs to be reproduced. Whether you have a discontinued part you need recreated, an existing component you want to modify, or scan data that needs to be turned into a usable model, we can assist you with your needs.

custom designs

With our custom design service, we can turn your idea, sketch, or need into a fully realized, manufacturable 3D model. This covers everything from initial concept development to detailed engineering, ensuring the final design is not only functional but optimized for how it will actually be made. If you have a rough idea you want developed, a specific function your part needs to perform, or a design that needs to be optimized for manufacturing, we can assist you with your needs.
